Translate to English Hefiger und etwas vegetabiler Duft nach reifen gelben Früchten mit ganz leicht krautigen Nuancen, getrocknet-pflanzlichen Tönen und erdiger Mineralik. Süßliche, hefig-würzige Frucht im Mund, Noten kandierter Nüsse, Kräueraromen, etwas Heu und wieder krautige Beitöne, die sich an der Luft jedoch verlieren, feine, lebendige Säure, gewisse Wärme, erdige und mineralische Töne, tabakige Anklänge, trocknet zu Beginn am Gaumen merklich nach, wird aber nach dem Öffnen immer klarer und feiner, süßlich-herber Abgang mit deutlicher Mineralik, etwas Gerbstoff und wieder leichter Alkoholwärme. Braucht Zeit.
