Translate to English Fester Duft nach kandierte und angetrocknetem Steinobst mit leicht wachsigen und flüchtigen Tönen, ein wenig mürbem Apfel, zart brotigen Aromen, etwas Honig sowie Mineralik im Hintergrund. Sehr süße Frucht im Mund, brotig-hefige, kräuterige und ganz leicht krautig-flüchtige Noten, viel Kandis, präsente, straffe Säure, nachhaltig und recht konzentriert am Gaumen, im Hintergrund Mineralik, gute Tiefe, ziemlich fester Bau, noch völlig unentwickelt, sehr guter bis langer, noch etwas einseitig zuckerbetonter Abgang. Muss unbedingt reifen.
