Translate to English Herber, etwas gedeckter, pflanzlicher und erdig-mineralischer Duft mit sehr verhaltenen, säuerlichen gelbfruchtigen Noten sowie herben floralen Nuancen und gewisser Mineralik. Zurückhaltende Frucht auch im Mund, hefige und pflanzlich-würzige Aromen, feine, lebendige Säure, mürber, noch ein wenig trocknender Gerbstoff, gewisse Nachhaltigkeit am Gaumen, zarte Süße, hat Griff, im Hintergrund Mineralik, helle nussige Spuren, noch wenig entwickelt, sehr guter Abgang mit Würze und wieder spürbarem Gerbstoff.
