Translate to English Süßer, etwas gelb-gewürziger Duft nach eingemachtem, getrocknetem und kandiertem Steinobst mit Bitterorangen, ein wenig Bratapfel, Gänseleber, reifem Käse und angedeutet Karamell. Konzentrierte, sehr süße, cremige, wieder teils getrocknet und kandiert wirkende Frucht mit kandiert-nussigen und gelb-gewürzigen Noten, floralen Aromen, wieder Bratapfel und etwas Karamell, nachhaltig, sehr feine Säure, gute Tiefe, florale Aromen, im Hintergrund Salz, wieder zart käsige Töne, etwas Griff, speckige Nuancen, sehr guter, fester, konzentrierter Abgang.
