, It is managed by Reinhold and Cornelia Schneider. The vineyards cover seven hectares of vineyards planted with Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay and Auxerrois. After a gentle grape pressing a spontaneous fermentation
with yeasts from the vineyard It is consistently environmentally friendly viticulture with no herbicides
and practiced artificial fertilizers. The wines are aged in large wooden barrels and steel tanks with long yeast storage, some of the red wines mature in barriques. The great wines of a vintage are identified with the in-house code ***. Letters indicate the origin: A stands for red wines from loam soils, C for red wines from loess soils and R for wines from volcanic weathering soils. When the weather is suitable, dry berries are also pressed. Fine brandies (fruits, grapes, yeast, pomace) and bottle-fermented sparkling wines are also produced.
