Clean, delicately nutty nose with aromas of apples and honey melon, with mineral notes in the background. Clean, elegantly juicy fruit, elegant acidity, more nutty aromas and mineral notes on the palate, persistent, completely harmonious with absolutely no residual sugar, good structure, quite a long finish.
