2002 Silvaner Kabinett trocken, Baden, Germany

Very typical nose, cool, vegetal, with notes of apple and honey melon, with elegant mineral notes in the background. Clean, light-bodied and bone-dry, elegant play of acidity, spicy mineral notes on the palate, has good substance in spite of the light body, persistent, good length.
