Relativ weiche, süßliche Frucht mit zart holzig wirkenden und karamelligen Tönen, feine Säure, gewisser Schmelz, hat Biss, nur nicht allzuviel Tiefe, etwas trocknender Gerbstoff, ordentlicher bis guter Abgang.
