Translate to English Etwas brotige und karamellige, nur leicht süßliche Nase nach eingemachtem und getrocknetem Kernobst mit zart kräuterigen und erdigen Tönen. Im Mund geschliffene, wiederum leicht brotige Noten und etwas Heilkräuter, Frucht von karamellisierten Äpfeln und Steinobst, eine Spur zitronig im Hintergrund, etwas frische Salatgurke, geschliffene, präsente Säure, balanciert, wirkt fast zeitlos, guter, leicht süßer und zitrusartiger Abgang.
