Süße, kompakte, etwas rustikale Südfrucht mit Noten von eingemachtem und eingelegtem Mostapfel, dazu etwas Kaffee und Orangenschale, ganz leicht rau am Gaumen, hat gewisse Kraft, eingebundene, ganz leicht zitrusartige Säure, etwas mineralisch, aber auch ganz leicht rustikal, hat Substanz, guter Abgang.
