Translate to English Etwas mineralischer, pfeffriger und kräuterwürziger Duft nach Birnen, Mirabellen und etwas Apfel mit gemüsigen Noten. Klar und für Silvaner recht fruchtbetont im Mund, wirkt ein wenig vordergründig, mit feiner, zitrusartiger Säure, leicht süßlichem Schmelz und spürbarem Alkohol, am Gaumen wieder pfeffrige, mineralische und herb-kräuterige Anklänge, nicht sehr tief, gewinnt aber mit Luft, ordentlicher bis guter, alkoholstarker Abgang.
