Somewhat muted, planty, yeasty, earthy and mushroom nose with still a little muted, light yellow fruity notes. Sweet and tart at the same time in the mouth, clearly yeasty, nutty, earthy and planty tones, fine acidity, a little drying tannin, traces of red berries, certain minerality, good to very good, again sweetish finish
