Translate to English Herbe, deutlich vegetabile und leicht erdige, auch ein wenig kräuterige und petrolige Nase mit Kern- und Steinobstaromen, Zitrusnoten sowie zart wachsigen und pilzigen Anklängen und mineralischem Hintergrund. Etwas süßliche Frucht im Mund, bitterlich grün-vegetabile, an Brokkoli erinnernde Töne, wieder auch Wachs und Pilze, lebendige Säure und leichte Kohlensäure, ein wenig trocknend und rau am Gaumen, hat dabei Kraft, Schmelz und wärmenden Alkohol, nicht allzu tief, auch im Abgang etwas vegetabil und wachsig.
