2017 Scheurebe, Rheinhessen, Germany

Slightly hazy yellow-gold colour. Yeasty, light nutty and prominent vegetal notes on the nose, floral and earthy notes, initially a hint of cabbage. Prominent vegetal notes on the palate, yellow fruit becomes significantly more juicy with aeration, lively acidity, prominent yeasty notes, fairly moderate mousse, slightly sweetish and creamy, good persistence, light tannic grip, slightly muted, good to very good, increasingly juicy finish.
