Fairly firm, slightly mud nose, vegetal and light nutty otes, yeasty traces, tart yellow fruit. Fairly tart on the palate, prominent vegetal notes, light yeasty, nutty and earthy notes, fairly prominent medium-fine mousse, fairly good substance and persistence, fairly prominent acidity, mineral notes in the background, light grip, herbaceous and floral traces, firm acid bite on a good to very good tart, juicy finish.
