Translate to English Noch etwas unruhige und reduktive Nase nach kleinen roten und etwas schwarzen Beeren und Provence-Gewürzen mit Noten von Champignons, Rauch und Auberginen. Im Mund jugendlich und lebendig, ziemlich saftige Frucht, feines Tannin, noch immer etwas Kohlensäure, süßliche Kräuternoten, wieder auch Champignons, etwas Mineralik, nachhaltig am Gaumen, etwas Schmelz und recht gute Substanz, insgesamt eher weiche Art, guter, süßlich-fruchtiger und kräuteriger Abgang. Die Salbeinoten lassen den Wein in Verbindung mit seiner eher tanninarmen Art sicher auch zu vielen Fischgerichten passen.
