2017 Assmannshausen Höllenberg Spätburgunder trocken "Pur", Rheingau, Germany

Tart nose, light nutty notes, some undergrowth, dried vegetal notes, red and a few black berries, floral and mineral traces. Clear, cool, polished fruit on the palate, elegant, tart and juicy, moderate tannins, light bite, delicate nutty aromas, touch of spicy cocoa, good persistence, light salty notes, fresh style, hint of citrus zests in the background, elegant style, still young, but already refreshing, good to very good, firm, cool, juicy finish.
