The wines keep constant high level and are usually the best in their respective category in the area. Weaknesses, there is little, but can occur in difficult vintages. However, this must be balanced in good years with particularly compelling assortments so that an operation can hold the status. In most cases you can blindly buy.

The estate is located in the village of Mannersdorf an der March (Kirchengasse 64) on the border with Marchfeld in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region Weinviertel only 35 kilometers east of Wien, The family, which is steeped in tradition, has been demonstrably wine-growing since 1620. The origin of the family were Croatian winegrowers who were settled in the Habsburg monarchy to protect the border from the Ottomans in eastern Austria. Roland Minkowitsch (1920-1986) is considered to be the Lower Austrian wine pioneer, who also held the political offices of II.

The traditional company was founded in 2014 in the 14th generation of families by Dipl.-Ing.Mag.Martin Minkowitsch (nephew of Roland and son of Reinhold Minkowitsch; sons of the wine pioneer) and his from the French Burgundy native Ms. Blandine. He studied agricultural economics at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences and business administration at the Wien University of Economics and Business and at the University of Nottingham and most recently worked as a management consultant.

The vineyards cover 12.5 hectares of vineyards in the vineyards Lange Lissen, Kurz Lissen and Rochusberg. They are planted exclusively with white wines; the main varieties are Riesling and Green Valtellina, followed by . Chardonnay, Yellow muscatel and Gewurztraminer, A special feature is an 8.4 meter long tree press that has been in operation since 1820 ( Torggel ) made of oak wood, with which the entire production is processed. The handpicked ones in principle grapes are cold pressed gently and slowly and therefore extremely low in tannins, enzyme-containing and more nutritious won. After this Press the press cake becomes more natural fertilizer brought back to the vineyards.

The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The Riesling is pressed under the name "de vite" in various stages of expansion. Grüner Veltliner is either marketed as Weinviertel DAC or with the name "rochus". Chardonnay is aged in large oak barrels or in small quantities in barriques. It is also bottle-fermented made from Riesling. The wines stored in the vinotheque date back to the 1950s. The winery is a member of Premium wineries Weinviertel,
