Vegetable and slightly smoky, bacony-smoky citrus pome fruit scent with herbal notes and earthy-mineral tones in the background. Ripe, melt-in-the-mouth, partly candied fruit, fine acidity and delicate sweetness, vegetable to herbal and floral aromas, light nutty notes, good substance and persistence, certain warmth, good to very good, again even more yeasty and somewhat muted finish.
