2018 Sulzfeld Cyriakusberg Rieslaner, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Tart, clearly vegetal and slightly earthy to mineral nose with restrained yellow fruity aromas. Not completely dry fruit, present acidity and a little sandy tannin, vegetal and floral aromas, red berry in the background, a little rough, quite good substance, good to very good, relatively firm, mineral finish with delicately sweet juice.

Best to drink: Mitte 2020 bis 2024+. What our ratings mean
