Prominent vegetal notes on the nose with notes of root vegetables and a hint of cabbage, yeasty and delicate nutt notes, floral traces, yellow fruit aromas. Bone dry fruit on the palate, nutty and prominent yeasty notes, vegetal notes, lively, medium-fine mousse, light tannic grip, good substance and persistence, very slightly smoky mineral notes in the background, some grip on a very good, tart, juicy finish.
