Cool nose, vegetal and herbaceous notes, light floral traces, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fairly prominent mineral notes. Ripe, creamy, yeasty, nutty fruit on the palate, vegetal aromas, earthy and mineral notes, very elegant acidity and grip, slightly creamy, good substance in spite of the low level of alcohol, quite firm, mineral notes in the background, slightly noticeable warm notes, shows its origin, very good and fairly firm finish. Significantly better than a year ago.

Editor note: Translate to English Kühle, geschliffene Zitrusnase mit Kernobstnoten sowie zart kräuterigen und hellen floralen Nuancen. Herbe Frucht im Mund, deutlich pflanzlich und ein wenig hefig, helle nussige und erdig-mineralische Töne, lebendige, Säure, hat Griff, mürber Gerbstoff, florale Nuancen, gute Nachhaltigkeit, guter bis sehr guter Abgang mit Biss und weiß-pfeffrigen Anklängen.
