The estate is located in the municipality Nordheim (area Maindreieck) in the German wine-growing region
Franconia, The Müller family has been producing wine since the end of the 19th century. The present estate was built by the current owner Dorothea Rudloff-Müller. Since 1990 son Peter Rudloff is responsible for the wine production. The vineyards cover 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the individual layers Kreuzberg and
little bird (Nordheim), as well
Katzenkopf (Sommerach). They are planted to 70% with the white varieties Riesling, Müller-Thurgau, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Bacchus and Gewürztraminer, as well as to 30% with the red varieties Pinot Noir, Domina, Cabernet Dorio, Cabernet Dorsa and Zweigelt. It is practiced near-natural viticulture. The wines are curdled and slowly fermented. The simpler wines are aged in stainless steel, the best in barrique. They are marketed in the four lines Good Grape (literware with screw cap), Young shoots (juvenile, sparkling), Classic berry (Franconian line) and Noble vine (Top quality). It also produces brandies and liqueurs.
