The estate is located in the municipality of Bürgstadt in the German wine-growing region Franconia and there in the southwestern area in the Main Valley between Spessart and Odenwald with the name Churfrankn. The Fürst family has been involved in viticulture since 1638. In 1979 Paul and Monika Fürst built a new manor building in the middle of the vineyards of Centgrafenberg in Bürgstadt. Paul Fürst, who has been running the winery together with his son Sebastian since 2007, is one of the pioneers of the Aged expansion in Germany. Weinbau-Ing. Sebastian Schür responsible.

Prince Rudolf - single layer Centgrafenberg

The vineyards cover 21 hectares of vineyards in individual locations Centgrafenberg and dog back (Bürgstadt) with Pinot Noir and Riesling, as well Bischofsberg (United Heubach), Carthusian (Volkach) and Schlossberg (Klingenberg) on. The red wine varieties Pinot Noir ( Pinot Noir ) with a good half of the stock and , as well as the white wine varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc ( Pinot Blanc ) Chardonnay and Sylvaner cultured. Except for the Astheim vineyards, which stand on stony shell limestone, the vineyards in Churfranken are characterized by the highly iron-rich red sandstone soils. The vinification is based on the principle of Low-technology with as few interventions as possible. The red wines mature after the open maceration for 12 to 20 months in Burgundian (228 liters). After self-clarification, they become without filtration bottled. The white wines become more gentle squeeze in small and large wooden barrels as well as in fermented and aged for 6 to 18 months. The premium wines include Centgrafenberg GG Riesling and Hundsrück GG Pinot Noir. Around 120,000 bottles of wine are produced annually. There are also bottle fermented sect and fruit fires produced. The winery is a member of VDP (Verband deutscher Prädikatsweingüter) and one of the five Franconian TRIAS wineries,
