In 1979, Paul and Monika Fürst built a new estate building in the midst of the vineyards of the Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg. It will be the red varieties Spätburgunder, Frühburgunder and Domina, and the white varieties Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Silvaner, Rieslaner u. Gewürztraminer cultivated.

Particular attention is paid to the care of the vineyard, there is a rigorous thinning, a careful foliage care and a selective vintage. Paul Fürst, who has run the winery since 2007 together with his son Sebastian, is one of the pioneers of barrique construction in Germany.
