2002 Bürgstadt Centgrafenberg Spätburgunder trocken "R" weiß gekeltert, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Deep aromas with elegant spicy oak, pistachio, honey melon, some candied apples and citrus fruit. Concentrated and juicy, crystal-clear fruit delightful, elegant acidity, powerful, full-bodied on the palate, persistent, the oak is far in the background, has structure and depth, perfect balance, still young, very long finish. The best white wine made from red grapes that I have ever come across.
