2015 Klingenberg Spätburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light earthy notes, nutty notes and some tobacco on the nose, red and a few black berries, hint of sloe, light minty notes, dried floral traces, moderate oak and mineral notes. Polished, fairly juicy fruit on the palate, earthy notes and light peppery spice, nutty oak, light smoky and toasted notes, elegant acid bite, fairly prominent tannins, still slightly astringent, medium body, good persistehnce, salty notes and a hint of soy, cereal traces, peppery and herbaceous notes on a very good tart, juicy finish.
