2016 Bürgstadt Spätburgunder trocken, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Light nutty and earthy notes on the nose, spicy traces, predominantly red berries, some leathery and herbaceous aromas, hint of bacon and tobacco, mineral traces, some meaty juice. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit on the palate, spicy and salty notes, some tobacco, firm, youthful but integrated tannins, persistetn, herbaceous notes reminiscent of sage, good grip, peppery traces, fresh style, very good firm, juicy, gripping, spicy finish.
