2017 Riesling trocken pur mineral, Franconia/Franken, Germany

Clear, fairly polished nose, herbaceous and mineral notes, citrus and peach fruit. Light-bodied, polished, elegant, juicy fruit on the palate, slightly off-dry, lively, elegant acidity, salty mineral notes in the background, vegetal and herbaceous traces, fairly persistent, some bite, clear contours, good to very good finish.
