Im Mund zitrusbetont, mit Pfirsichnoten und präsenter, herb-würziger Mineralität, feine, reife Säure, etwas Gerbstoff am Gaumen, der mit Luft deutlicher wird, leichte Tabaknoten, gute Präsenz am Gaumen, hat Spannung, guter, mit Luft etwas herber Abgang.
