Calm, nutty and somewhat herbal bouquet with fine, restrained yellow fruity aromas, delicate barrel tones and a hint of mushrooms. Cool, tart, juicy, lean, bright fruit, fine, present acidity, delicate grip, good persistence, herbal and nutty hints, light citrus peel bitterness, mineral hints, very good, tart, cool finish with plenty of bite.
