Clear, cool and quite fine, delicately nutty and planty nose with restrained yellow fruity and slightly mineral notes. Also in the mouth rather cool, restrained fruit, lively acidity, herbal and floral nuances, a hint of yeasty, persistent, clear minerality, elegant style, much bite, certain depth, very good, tight, again cool finish with noticeable acidity
