Nutty, delicately floral and a little minty aroma with light pome fruit aromas, some tobacco, dried herbs, a hint of pepper and distinct minerality. Tight, tangy, still closed citrus fruit, present acidity, nutty and slightly yellow-spicy aromas, hints of light tobacco, slightly drying tannin, chalky and salty minerality, sparse style with a lot of bite, very good, tight, tart, still slightly sandy finish with plenty of minerality and again acid bite
