2017 Oberrotweil Kirchberg Spätburgunder Grosses Gewächs trocken, Baden, Germany

Clear, deep and polished, very slightly warm, emphatically red berry nose with slightly dried floral nuances and hints of raw dark meat. Cool, taut and juicy in the mouth, noble, juicy fruit with very fine tannins and animating bite, persistent and deep, still undeveloped, a little nutty and again a touch fleshy, a trace of dried herbs in the background, clear minerality, very moderate wood, delicate spicy hints, a touch of tobacco, very good, taut, grippy, complex finish, again with noble juice, bite and minerality. Great
