Yeasty, slightly tomato and artichoke-like scent with restrained red-berry aromas, a little bit of Provence herbs, hinted at bacon, a hint of smoke and wood as well as clear minerality. Taut, tart, undeveloped fruit, vegetable, floral and yeasty tones, present acidity and a lot of grip of ripe tannin, dense and persistent on the palate, smoky wood notes, enormous, salty and a little chalky minerality, good depth, some melodiousness, but much more bite, bacon tones, mushrooms in the background, very good, tight finish. Still has to mature.
