Juvenile, quite polished fruit on the palate, hint of yeasty notes, hint of sugar candy, elegant, lively acidity, cassis, grapefruit and mint in the background, good persistence, light mineral notes, good to very good, polished finish with some green bacon and prominent mineral notes.
