Im Mund relativ saftig, nicht ganz trocken, mit sehr feiner, lebhafter Säure und fein-kräuteriger Würze, hefige Beitöne, viel kühle Mineralität, feinwürzig, nachhaltig, mittlere Tiefe, leichter Gerbstoff, recht lang.
