Translate to English Feine, leicht vegetabile, auch eine Spur an Weißkohl erinnernde Nase nach eingemachtem Pfirsich und etwas Aprikosen. Im Mund mit klarer, geschliffener Frucht, teils eingemachter, teils karamellisierter weißer Pfirsich, schmelzige, hohe Süße, gut balanciert von der präsenten Säure, hat gewisses Spiel, straff gewirkt und nachhaltig, gute Tiefe, noch kaum entwickelt, zart kräuterig im sehr langen Abgang.
