Firm, rather tart, somewhat developed aroma of partly tropical yellow fruits with a little herbaceous, waxy and floral aromas with mineral notes and a hint of dark fruits. Ripe, firm, slightly sweet fruit with nutty, delicately buttery and yeasty notes, fine acidity, some grip of crumbly tannin, slight warmth, persistent on the palate, tart minerality, dried-vegetable to tobacco tones, very good, firm, a little phenolic finish, again with some warmth and sweet melting. Perhaps no longer in top form, but still with a certain class.
