Firm, bright, juicy fruit, quite sweet, present acidity, notes of candy, nutty and yeasty traces, clear minerality, herbal and floral nuances, lots of bite and touch, a hint of honey, some depth, lasting, still young in appearance, some yellow spice, dried floral nuances, with air there are slightly green-vegetable tones, some warmth, very good, again quite sweet finish with lots of bite and clear minerality. Becomes tart with air and binds the sugar much better
