Nose still slightly restless, prominent yeasty notes, ripe, partly preserved citrus and some stone fruit, hint of pineapple, dried vegetal traces, tart mineral notes. Firm and juicy on the palate, fairly tart fruit, vegetal, herbaceous and yeasty aromas, firm acidity, good grip and firm bite, still totally undeveloped, firm structure, has some depth, salty green bacon in the background, touch of dried flowers, very good tart, juicy finish. Needs time to mature.
