Very restless reductive nose, very yeasty, citrus and stone fruit, light nutty notes, still has a hint of sulphur, intense earthy and mineral notes, herbs, black berries, caraway seed and a hint of tobacco. Ripe, compact, juicy, sweetish fruit on the palate, some sugar candy, prominent yeasty notes, yellow spice, noticeable tannic grip, lively acidity, nutty and vegetal notes, tart phenolic notes, still largely undeveloped, sugar candy in the background, hint of black berries, very good firm, juicy finish, with more yeasty notes, caramay and vegetal aromas. Still untouchable at this stage.
