Very firm, cool nose, elegant citrus and stone fruit, prominent vegetal and herbaceous notes, green beans, white currants, prominent yeasty notes, light nutty notes, earthy and mineral notes. Firm, clear, fairly cool fruit on the palate, elegant and juicy, slightly off-dry, yeasty aromas, more vegetal and herbaceous notes, persistent, quite concentrated, still quite yeasty, almonds, touch of sugar candy in the background, still very young, good depth, hint of white pepper, floral and herbaceous traces on a very good juicy, sweetish, intensely minerally finish.
