Im Mund leicht holzig-würzig, schmelzig und relativ süß, moderate Säure, erdig-mineralische Töne und vegetabile Nuancen, hat Substanz und Griff, gute Nachhaltigkeit, ein wenig rustikal und unnötig süß, aber doch sehr gut gemacht, guter bis sehr guter Abgang.
