Firm nose, yeasty and herbaceous notes, tart yellow fruit, prominent spicy mineral notes. Clear, polished, juicy fruit on the palate, yeasty notes, more prominent spicy mineral notes, herbaceous and delicate floral aromas, persistent, grippy and lively, elegant acidity, some depth, very good substance, polished, delicate herbaceous traces, still youthful, very appealing, some bite on a firm, juicy, delicately sweetish finish.
