Citrus-stone fruit nose with quite fresh planty aromas, delicate floral nuances and minerality. Lean, cool, tart fruit, very fine, lively acidity, some grip, chalky and salty tones, again also fresh vegetal tones, a little reminiscent of cucumber, persistent, quite taut, some depth, very good, tart-juicy, slightly nutty and clearly mineral finish.

Editor note: Translate to English Einen Hauch säuerlicher, deutlich pflanzlicher bis kräuteriger, zart tabakiger und auch ein wenig floraler Duft mit gelbfruchtigen, mineralischen und angedeutet öligen Tönen. Griffig im Mund, erdig-mineralisch, feinsaftig, ein wenig tabakig und wieder ganz leicht ölig, feine, lebendige Säure und etwas Gerbstoff-Griff, nachhaltig am Gaumen, nicht vollkommen trocken, ein Hauch dunkler Beeren im Hintergrund, viel kräuterige Würze, gewisse Tiefe, sehr guter Abgang mit Griff, feinem Saft und Biss.
