Clear, cool, fairly polished citrus and stone fruit nose with dried vegetal and nutty notes and a hint of bacon. Finely juicy, cool fruit with moderate, sweetish melting, fine, lively acidity and a little yellow spice, good persistence, grip of crumbly tannin, planty to herbal tones, clear minerality, hints of smoke, some depth, very good, sweetish-juicy and again nutty finish with minerality and tension.
