Cool, complex nose, prominent yeasty and mineral notes, elegant vegetal and herbaceous aromas, light yellow fruit slightly dominated by citrus, herbaceous traces. Cool, elegant, juicy, slightly tart and polished fruit on the palate, fairly prominent elegant acidity, noticeable tannic grip, persistent, firm and lively, vegetal and floral traces, prominent tart mineral notes, fairly cool again on a very good, elegant, juicy, tart finish.

Editor note: Firm, fairly dep nose, still slightly restless, noticeable yeasty notes, vegetal aromas, more prominent herbs and spices with aeration, light floral notes, cool yellow fruit, prominent mineral notes. Light-bodied, cool, elegant, juicy, bone dry fruit on the palate, yeasty as well as tart vegetal and herbaceous aromas, lively acidity, light tannic touch, persistent, very elegant grip and bite, noticeable tart mineral notes in the background, good depth, still largely undeveloped, becomes increasingly complex with aeration, has its own character, delicate light floral notes, clear contours, grippy on a clear, firm, elegant, juicy and minerally finish. Needs time to develop, or at least extensive aeration.
