Clear, light-bodied, firmly structured fruit on the palate, prominent yeasty and vegetal notes, elegant acidity, light grip, persistent, earthy and mineral notes, light floral traces in the background, still young and undeveloped, some depth, cool and juicy, hint of black olives on a very good firm finish.
