Cool, tart nose, still slightly reductive, prominent vegetal and yeasty notes, citrus as well as some peach and apple fruit, chalky traces. Light-bodied and tart on the palate, vegetal, yeasty and chalky notes, lively acidity, fine tannins provide some grip, fairly persistent, salty notes in the background, cool style, some bite on a good to very good finish.
