2017 Silvaner Landwein Querkopf, Rheinhessen, Germany

Firm, cool, delicately tart nose, prominent yeasty notes, citrus and pomaceous fruit, fresh vegetal aromas, light mineral notes in the background. Light-bodied, tart, restrained fruit on the palate, yeasty, nutty and prominent vegetal notes, fairly prominent acidity, persistent, gripping, still has noticeable carbon dioxide, firm bite, clear contours, good to very good cool, tart, juicy finish.
